This promotion comes after nearly four years on Capitol Hill and a rewarding stint in the office of Presidential Correspondence. Marshall Macheledt is set to head Congressman Barry Moore's legislative team, bringing with him experience as a senior legislative assistant for Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio. With nearly six and a half years of Capitol Hill experience, Macheledt will focus on crime and law enforcement, election security, FEMA, oversight, and Second Amendment issues in his new role as Deputy Chief of Staff. Emery Washington, fresh from her role as the Black Media Affairs Coordinator for the 2024 Trump for President campaign, will be stepping into the position of Communications Director. With more than a year and a half's experience on Capitol Hill and a background in luxury car sales, Washington is ready to take the reins. Taylor Keel, hailing from Slocomb, Alabama, has been elevated to Legislative Assistant after serving in various roles for Moore. Keel, who has two years of experience on Capitol Hill, will focus on Agriculture, Animal Welfare, Broadband, Environmental, Food, and Natural Resources. Last but not least, Brittany Young, a Texas native and former staff and press assistant for Rep. Bob Good, has joined Team Moore as scheduler.
