And, friends, while we are at it? This is a film @ava made it because it needed to be made. Because it called to her. Which means she made outside of the studio system. And that means it’s harder for it to reach people. She spoke with me about this on @workinprogress this week and it really hit home…

Are forced to carry non-viable pregnancies that risk their lives. While they are forced to carry pregnancies from rape. We’ve heard the stories of mothers who’ve nearly died, women who’ve been turned away from hospitals in states with care bans, sent home to miscarry in their toilets
