Current Chief Operating Officer Ronnie Pruitt is stepping up to the big chair as Chief Executive Officer. Tom Hill, the current CEO, is moving to Executive Chairman of the Board. Pruitt, a building materials vet with 30+ years under his belt, came to Vulcan via the U.S. Concrete acquisition in 2021. He's been COO since 2023 and will also join the board.
