Word on the street is that Washington, D.C., is battling some baddies who are dead-set against its residents enjoying a little peace and quiet. Seriously, what's wrong with wanting to chill? Other cities across the U.S. aren't just sitting around twiddling their thumbs while crime runs wild. They're actually, you know, trying to do something about it! Shocking, right? Take Montgomery and Huntsville, for example. Leaders there decided to actually address the crime surging in their neighborhoods. How? By sending in law enforcement. And guess what? It worked! Crime went down. BOOM. Seriously, this isn't brain surgery. You just gotta try to fix the problem! For more on this (and everything else under the sun), check out Dale Jackson, Yellowhammer News' resident brainiac and the voice you hear weekdays from 5-9 a.m. on WVNN. He's got thoughts. Lots of 'em.D.C. Under Siege? Apparently, Peace is Too Much to Ask!
