Pendergrass Throws Hat in the Ring for State Auditor!

Get ready, folks! Josh Pendergrass, a man of many talents – attorney, pastor, and former communications guru for Governor Kay Ivey – is officially in the race for Alabama State Auditor. He's campaigning hard on a platform of holding government accountable, responsible spending, and good ol' conservative values.

A Legal Eagle with Alabama Roots

Pendergrass isn't new to serving the people. As founder of the Pendergrass Law Firm since '11, he’s got over a decade of legal smarts under his belt. He’s tackled everything from family and juvenile law to church matters and estate planning. Plus, he’s been contract juvenile counsel for the state, helping those who need it most.

More Than Just a Lawyer

But wait, there's more! Pendergrass has also served as a pastor, nurturing congregations and growing youth outreach across Alabama. His campaign says he's all about strengthening families and communities.

From Governor's Office to Campaign Trail

He even held the Communications Director gig for Governor Ivey, shaping the message and helping drive the state's policy. He says his experience working on state and local campaigns has given him insight into what everyday Alabamians really care about.

Putting Alabama First!

Pendergrass's key promises include government transparency, rock-solid voter integrity, and a "Put Alabama First" attitude. He’s also a big supporter of President Trump's policies, aiming to keep that agenda moving right here in Alabama.

Born and Bred Alabama

With degrees from Lambuth University, Jones School of Law, and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Pendergrass is a first-generation college grad who credits his upbringing with his strong work ethic and dedication to the community. He and his wife, Leslie Brown, are raising their family right here in Alabama.
