This year's ranking is doing things a little differently. Niche's updated their evaluation, putting less weight on SAT/ACT scores, which is a trend we're seeing nationwide.

How They Did It

Niche pulls data from millions of student and parent reviews, plus official info from the U.S. Department of Education. They factor in things like academic results, college readiness, teacher talent, student-teacher ratios, diversity, extracurriculars, and even how well students are doing overall.
