Gulf State Park, attracting over 3 million visitors annually, boasts sugar-white beaches just a short walk or bike ride away. Plus, remember the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail? It's been named the nation's top recreational trail for the THIRD year running! Gulf Shores itself isn't doing too bad either, ranking as the No. 6 Best Coastal Small Town. The campground is ready for practically any modern RV, with camping pads up to 65 feet long! You'll also find 11 updated bathhouses, a pool with a splash pad, tennis, pickleball, and volleyball courts, and a nature center. And guess what? They're expanding! Over 100 new "luxury-style" campsites are coming in 2026, each with tons of space, a clubhouse, putting green, and another pool and splash pad!
