Your proposal should be:

• Led by an Alabama-based industry heavyweight focused on talent development.
• Targeting students or educators across K-12, higher education, or the adult workforce.
• Heavy on STEM and/or entrepreneurship.
• Packed with clear goals, measurable results, and a plan to scale up.
• Giving a boost to regional, rural, or collaborative efforts.
