Finebaum even believes Saban in the Senate would be a positive for college football during this, shall we say, interesting time. Having the greatest coach ever representing the sport? Powerful stuff!

Word on the street is some political folks in D.C. have already floated the idea of a Senate run to Saban, especially with Sen. Tommy Tuberville possibly eyeing the governor's mansion in 2026.
