Our own Attorney General Steve Marshall is fighting to protect your Second Amendment rights, even when you're cruisin' outside Alabama! He's urging Congress to pass the Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, and we're totally onboard. Basically, H.R. 38 would mean if you're legally allowed to carry a concealed firearm in your home state, you can do the same in any other state where it's legal. No more accidental felonies just for crossing state lines! "Congress needs to get on this ASAP!" Marshall exclaimed. Even though Alabama's chill with concealed carry without a permit these days, Alabamians might still wanna grab a permit for nationwide reciprocity. Why risk getting busted in another state just for exercising your rights? Marshall, along with 23 other state AGs, signed a letter emphasizing that responsible concealed carry makes everyone safer. It's a constitutional right, plain and simple! The letter sets the record straight – if you're barred from owning a gun under federal law, this ain't for you. Plus, studies show that concealed carry permit holders are actually more law-abiding than the average Joe. "Our people are facing arrest and jail time for perfectly legal behavior, just because of outdated state laws," the letter blasts. "It's outrageous, and Congress has a duty to fix it!" This is a big win for gun owners and freedom lovers everywhere.Alabama AG Pushes for Nationwide Concealed Carry!
